Accounts and billing
Customers must keep account information accurate and protect access credentials. Paid services renew according to the selected billing period until cancelled.
Acceptable use
Customers must not use Appiphany for unlawful activity, abuse, malware, infringement, deceptive practices or content that threatens the service or other users.
Generated output
Generated projects require customer testing before release. App-store approval, third-party services and device behaviour remain subject to their respective providers.
Custom-build requests
A submitted request is not an accepted project. Bespoke integrations, migration or custom development require separate technical validation, scope, price and acceptance before any delivery commitment exists.
Availability and changes
Appiphany aims to operate a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security and platform development may require changes to implementation.
